Welcome to the Boot Camp Wrestling Clinic website.
The clinic
provides a unique opportunity for wrestlers to
receive technical instruction from World, Olympic,
National, and State Champions, at an affordable
cost. The clinic includes live wrestling,
conditioning, and comprehensive coverage of
techniques.
The clinic adds a military flare to
the design to provide the wrestlers with something
more then most traditional clinics. In addition to
the outstanding instruction they will receive, the
wrestlers will participate in military style
drilling, obstacle courses, combative games and a 1
hour combat wrestling session each day.
Points are award during competition in pursuit of
becoming a BLACK BERET.
The clinic last year was a hugh hit with the wrestlers that
attended, and I guarantee it will be better
then ever this year.

The clinic features 5 days of focused, yet intense training,
with a 1 hour "Combat" wrestling session each day. Dan Gable
will teach you how to pin from your feet and much more.
You will have the opportunity master the technique of leg
riding and attacks with Kendall Cross, and Steve Fraser will
bring his expert knowledge of upper body moves.
Learn techniques that empower the wrestler to combat any
situation.
Your metal will be tested each day during the 1 hour "Combat
Wrestling" session During this session wrestlers
will compete as a team in specially designed combative
games, and individually during the live wrestling. The
games and live wrestling are designed to reinforce the
skills that were taught that day. Points will be
awarded as the wrestler competes to become a "Black
Beret". |
